Manager, Information Systems (±«Óãtv - Boucher Campus)
The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine is seeking an Information Systems Manager to oversee and manage the IT infrastructure and services at our Boucher Campus and the Helpdesk function on both the Toronto and Boucher campuses. This role ensures smooth, secure, and reliable technology support for faculty, staff, and students—both on and off site. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with our Toronto Information Systems team to maintain a unified approach to systems, email, and network account management across the organization.

In this exciting role you will:
- Manage the information systems infrastructure of the Boucher campus including physical servers, networks equipment (firewall, routers, access points), telephone services, power, cooling and cabling
- Ensure that information systems, end user computing, network equipment, and classroom technology are equipped with current hardware and software
- Work with the Systems Administrator, to ensure that data backup systems operate effectively
- Develop, review and update the IS department’s projects to ensure needs are met on a consistent and timely basis
- Lead projects from inception to completion monitoring progression of projects/initiatives through the planning, implementation and evaluation phase and ensure the Director, Information Systems is updated on progress
Qualifications
- Post-secondary training in computer science, business administration
- 3 years of network or systems administration experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in a management position or equivalent
- Highly developed computer literacy in all range of administrative support programs such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision in fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, tact and judgement, with a demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of persons both internally and externally
- Exemplary customer service skills to deal with a wide variety of internal and external clients
- Certificate in Project Management or equivalent experience is an asset
Starting salary for this position is $63,500.00/year.
